Crystalline Conflict Rewards need to be reworked

You cannot get the rewards because you do not deserve the rewards :>

This is not PvP community's issue; especially it is your own fault for not claiming the crystal conflict reward.
I only start play Crystal Conflict last season as I am a heavy Frontline player; and even I know how to claim my reward after few click
Not our issue, bring your issue to service desk as we don't need to know

People makes mistake and some mistake you just to have to own it.

I mean... 7.1 is the PVP patch isn't it? And YoshiP did mention the items possibly making a return, so maaaaybe you can get it after all? The JP forums are also asking for these items so it's not just NA players.

You haven't read the post, I was on a break and came back a few days too late to claim the reward. I have no idea why you decided to take the position of attacking me with claims of incompetency... "even I know how to claim my reward after few click"
This post is about the system for claiming rewards... not about my own personal rewards.
