Card Unavailable issues

Hope they fix the issue up to the SE store. DT pre-order for SEA doesn't work .

It's not just Visa debit cards, because it's also effecting my Discover credit card - the same card I've been using to pay my sub for the last 3 months. The Discover logo isn't on their list under the Mogstation credit card payments option, but Amex *is* and isn't that the one they supposedly just removed? There's tons of things that need to get fixed here. Really bad look right before a new expansion.

This whole situation is ridiculous. I just tried to test it again today to buy an emote for 2 bucks. Same issue. Card unavailable.

They're supposed to be fixing things on the 6th - part of the announced maintenance, as I understand it.
It's a pain but be patient, alright? We've survived a lot of stressful stuff to enjoy our game, we can survive this too.

I love the crysta method but who would have guessed i max out after buying some sale items and fantasia now it wont let me purchase anymore so i had to use amazon which i never pay through sarcasm

We cannot pay more retainer service with Crysta right ?

The companion app sub includes an extra retainer, I was paying for that with crysta. Don't see why regular extra retainers wouldn't work the same.
Not that I can find out until this gets fixed.

Im having the same issue with my debit card not working. Even though my card and address are tied together. Good thing my sub doesnt renew til October when they should hopefully have this issue fixed.

I have a mastercard, which is something SE actually accept for the payment.

Sadly, it doesn't work and says my card is invalid. I have double/triple checked every single number used and if the card was still valid in time and it is. Complete non-sense.

Square Enix, please fix your payment system ASAP. This should be a CRITICAL matter for you and should be treated immediatly. You are going to lose money because of this.

Slightly concerned that this message doesn't show on the EU lodestone, and when I change the "na" to "eu" it tags the post as "NA", like it's only that region with the issue. Will see after maintenance if it's fixed.

Note to SE, just in case it's needed: this is a global issue, it's not solely the US or Japan who are affected.
