The free door/rainbow path rate was close to 2% for the first four doors (it doesn't happen for the last two)- 2.1% 34/1630

That's not enough to skew the success rate for the doors, my personal success rate excluding the free doors was:- 61% 976/1596
- 48% 475/994
- 50% 240/481
- 41% 100/244
- 46% 49/106
- 41% 20/49
Someone else that recently finished took over 3,400 portals to make it to 20, a clear for every 100 portals seems to be the average
Average farming rate for thief's maps is around 1 for every 5½ Gazelleskin Maps - about 30 minutes for a solo Blue Mage
So ~125 hours to farm up 250 maps. If you run parties where 8 people all bring maps, that gets you to 2,000
~150 hours to run those 2,000 thief's maps with a group of 8
So this achievement can be all yours for less than 300 hours of game time
Gil from just the thief's map chests was north of 62 million, toss in the adds and it was probably around 80 million. Gil + drops (mainly crystals/clusters) from Gazelleskins was around 75k per map. Buying Gazelleskins for 40k each, that's about 50 million profit off them, so you'd make ~130 million Gil getting the achievement
