Physical Ranged DPS should have "cast bars" like Mages except that the only way to speed their's up is to get closer to the target. :P

They had cast times on BRD and MCH in HW. Everyone hated it.

I miss Protect and Stoneskin crossclassing with PLD (hence I love Divine Veil's change to also work on the PLD casting it finally).

We have enough Jobs.
What we need now is Balance.

Stop treating this game like a career platform.
Your perfect execution of tight rotations, body checks and boss dance routines does not belong on a work resume.
XIVCombo forks that reduce rotations to one button is healthier to gaming that whatever prestige and esports nonsense you want to inject.
Grow the fuck up.

Striving for balance and equal performance only makes the game more inaccessible to the lowest performing demographic.
