You'll find plenty of people break the terms of service ever so loosely. It doesn't take third party tools to break it. Please try to rethink your approach when it comes to other people if you truly do seek to fully abide by the terms of service, so that dialogue can actually flow properly even if you disagree with someone's actions or words.

Ah, so that's how you saw it. No, you were conflating using shaders to help with a disability, as well as other tools to help other people out with other stuff like a language barrier, the same as people who use zoomhacks to cheat and parsers to harass. And it seems you're doing it again!! Conflating those as something extreme like a robbery! Are you alright, solimiano? Because this isn't normal.

Do you really not understand that you're breaking the ToS in your advocating crusade as well? You're not wrong in saying that any and all tool is prohibited, that's SE's stance. But there's more to it than that, SE has stated as much, and they act based on it. Could you please be a bit more realistic than just hard-focusing on one line in the ToS and ignoring all the rest?

Informing / telling someone to stop breaking the TOS/Law, if not you are going to report them to the mods/devs/police/authorities is not against the TOS or Law.
Doesn't matter what your condition is or isn't, if you are using something that breaks the TOS you need to be banned, as simple as that.

If you behave ingame like you do on the forum you can easily get reported and punished, as simple as that.

Like I said before, in-game I have no reason to suspect anyone is using third party addons unless they are teleport hacking or stating in the chat they use add-ons ( kinda the same thing you are all saying here on the official forums, at least the ones admitting or advocating for them ), so most likely I'll be very cordial and sweet to you as fellow player e

And if you truly cared, Square Enix also asked to not go on witch hunts and report wars. So explain to me, please and if you can, why it's okay for you to do that when the very same document you bring up says you can't? Not in the way you're doing it? Because you can defend something without behaving that way.

But you've shown no empathy or understanding, have since been preaching and shut down dialogue. Up until I asked a GM about it, I thought stuff innate to my computer would be fine. Turns out, even Square Enix doesn't really have a proper answer and just says "No tool is okay by our standards", which I took as "it's best to err on the side of caution", figuring it would be best to not use anything entirely. There are ways to approach this, and yours not only is not one, it unfortunately violates the terms you keep putting forwad.

Let's see if I can explain this in another way, this is not a democracy, this a forum owned by a private company.
Noone has a right to come here and talk about breaching the company rules period.
What we have is a privilege, not a right.
Now go anywhere in the real world, and explain to them how your breaking their rules because it suits you and you'll see what real talk is lol.
This isn't Reddit, or 4chan, or discord, this is property of Square Enix, and all of you ( the ones that are breaking the rules by using or advocating third party addons ) are coming here to state that you break the rules and you think it's a good thing.

Everyone, everywhere breaks the law to a certain degree. Doesn't necessarily mean that everyone breaking that law is prosecuted. Take J-Walking for example. Technically illegal depending on where you are, but people still do it everyday. Cops don't enforce it. Its a "grey area". Should I start calling the cops every time I see someone do it?

Now that we are done showing off outside influences. Let's get to the bread. Disabilities. People have them. I have them. Not all of us are perfect without flaws like some people.. But we get by. You are correct on telling people that they shouldn't break ToS/law/rules/etc. But if you are only targeting people with disabilities like it seems to be for the last few days, kinda falls into a different category. Clearly you know the ToS better than I do.

Do you also tell small children that Santa isnt real?
