Agreed. I have enough gil to personally buy 6 larges or 15 mediums at full price. I lost my house due to IRL emergency when a family member passed away. Really wish I could get another now. They don't even have auto-demo on.

Like you I tried the:
- cyberpunk apartment with a view on a modern city
- classical library / office
- some kind of mysterious and evil place
- a classic oriental mood house

If I could have more than one little apartment to be able to have a dedicated room for experimentation and let the other ones as they are :)
