It's really that easy, not sure why this is not the case already
I don't have a dog in this fight as I got my house through the painful clicking on plaque until I won on the last day before EW maintenance started.. I basically gave up the game from July until then to suffer through until I finally beat the bots and won.
That being said, I wonder how many of you guys that started thousands of threads complaining and fussing about the housing market, the failed lottery system and how SE just sucked because of it will now post thousands of thread to say you're sorry, that you were wrong, that SE does actually listen and try to make the best of a situation don't worry I won't hold my breathe... you guys love to rail against everything here but never come back and say you were wrong.
In doing this SE has not only stepped up and made it right but shown me they are DO care about their community. I guess you guys will have to find something else to complain about... oh no, there is always SAM and so many other things you guys take so seriously in this game... nevermind..
excuse me? At the time when the housing trouble started I froze then checked the forums. Forums said to keep the money in the entry and I did. My gil is still in the housing ..... should I take it out now? then not put it back in during patch 6.2? is this the advice?
You guys act like the options were "Let them keep the gil" or "Do rollbacks." Is a company not capable of simply removing the gil for the winners? It cant be that hard. Relying on them morally feeling guilty and giving away 20m or 50m for nothing is silly and will only happen for like 1% of the winners.
i mean, some of us have left our money in just to make their jobs easier for the last month even if we were the sole bidder and are guaranteed to get our house, this almost feels like an incentive to log in and claim a refund if i want to keep my gil, i personally don't think i will, but at that rate you might as well just refund everyone that was affected by the 0 bug and won instead of those who won and decided to take their money back
