i don't care bout ranked at all, i just find it funny how we got people here tryna defend such a obviously flawed system by saying 'oh you're just bad omega lul' instead of actually sitting down and maybe thinking about it some more.. maybe even have a conversation while not being a narrow minded idiot? Untill then; Unhealthy levels of persistence, win trading, cheating and luck is how all these people get all the way to crystal. I'll just sit over here with the silent majority and speak my mind saying "Ah they probably cheated, that rank does not mean anything."

I never said it doesn't have problems. It absolutely has issues, but if you're good you will climb. Saying people cheated because they can consistently climb to crystal and you cant is just you being salty. Its not our fault you're not capable of carrying matches. You're gonna get bad matches sometimes, it happens and yes they absolutely need to make improvements to the matchmaking. Like at gold 1 I should not have been running into bronze players anymore. Its not fun to have them on my team and they probably don't appreciate getting rolled over by someone who is better than them, but blaming the system on being hard stuck is a you problem.

If you're even slightly above average you can climb to crystal. It might take you a bit longer than others but it is doable. Stop with the woe is me crap about being hard stuck. Either do the grind or accept the fact that you're just not good enough to work through the ranks.

There's also the simple fact of playing smart. I HATE the wind map and probably have the worst win rate there so I simply just don't queue when that map is rotation. I do extremely well on the volcano map and most of my wins come from that map because it fits my playstyle so I make sure to always queue during that map rotation. Pay attention to which maps you do well in consistent and run during that map rotation.

nah im just keep pointing out the obvious and laugh at people who flaunt their ugly Crystal 100 plates because they are ugly as hell and mean nothing since they just got lucky... assuming that they did not win trade or cheat. keep calling me bad all you want if it makes you sleep at night, the fact i got slaughterhouse before 6.0 dropped proves you wrong :)

I'll be honest with you, aside from maybe a few rare cheaters, I highly doubt even 3% of people who play CC are win trading, by the simple fact that you get absolutely nothing of value for hitting crystal or being top 100. In fact I have never even bothered to look up what you get for doing well in ranked, all I know is that you get an meh portrait.

Defo not. It's blatant at this point. Completely different. I managed to get to Plat in a few days in season 1 casually and this season of 8 hours straight, I'm still in Silver. Either the quality of players dipped very low or the good ones just stopped playing or both. There's no rewards playing this PVP other than the season rewards. I got them in a couple days and quit. It's just not worth the frustration. Just play COD or OW.

The problem was you couldn't de-rank, so people were just brute forcing their way to crystal. People were still getting hard stuck in certain tiers, but many who played enough could brute force their way to crystal if they were ok enough to stumble their way through, but then they would just forever be at crystal 0 which is where the problems started kicking in. Being able to drop down a tier now is preventing people from staying in blocks they normally would have fell out of if they lost more than won.

Its definitely not a great system, but de-ranking has made it more clear who can consistently maintain and who cant.

I don’t………it needs a public win/loss ratio to see who is participating. Needs way more transparency other than pics. Can say I did 400 matches, won 100 times to get to crystal.
