I'd like to see more crossover events in the future. At the same time, I hope that they'll fit the game world better and also offer a greater variety of rewards.

Collabs as in Events yes, but no more gutting Alliance raids for collabs. I want this game to have its own lore. However fun Ivalice was, it was still just fanservice for the people who played tactics (Though I respect the writers for trying to make it fit into this world).
Nier on the other hand, really disappointed with that one on the lore perspective. So I'm very happy with the fact they are not repeating that for Endwalker.
In terms of having collabs for events, it sounds silly but I think having an Ace attourney event would be incredibly fun! Go around solving crimes and playing detective, a nice event prize might be the iconic Objection! as an emote (if that is even possible due to copyright)
