The Saucer versions were not dyeable and I don’t think counted for the achievements/titles/mounts. Only the PvP versions were dyeable and such.

You just don't like the answer, they even paid Yoko Taro for Yorha content. But this time around SE is the publisher of NieR, so it's assuredly a perpetual deal.

The Gold Saucer versions were removed as well. It's the designs as a whole that were licensed and now lost, not the PVP version specifically.

I've said it before but GARO was the best thing that happened to PVP. It would be cool if they brought it back but with some Horrors-inspired armor for balance :)
