A follow up I got a generic e-mail that did not even answer any question I asked of them at all, the email said to reply to them if my questions were not answered. I did so and have now been waiting nearly 2 weeks for a reply with no answer at all, a very poor display of customer service from the EU shop I have to say.Quote:
