troll, "PLD is capable of deflecting 100% of any type of damage taken" , Of course you will never deflect 100% of the damage taken. meaning between all our buffs we can deflect 100% of any particular attack magic or normal. but since these abilities have limits and cool downs we never deflect 100% of the total damage taken. take what I say out of context as much as you want, still just a troll.

I've been trying to build an entire paladin dakhold run for sh!ts and giggles. I've already had two paladins heal through the ogre...

Asking to see if I'm missing something really obvious on paladin >_<, not trolling so don't get defensive. :P

PLD is capable of fully deflecting (100%) of one direct physical attack, where are you getting the "any type of damage taken"? Unless I'm reading my skills wrong and not noticing I don't think I've ever deflected magic dmg or ranged attacks besides a plain "miss" which isn't part of a skill that sets that instance to be any different from another class getting a "miss". (Talking of Aegis Boon above, and not counting Hallowed Ground, but that is also only physical not ranged or magic?)

Having fun is my point. I start small and work up with crazy ideas, All paladin Darkhold, if that works move to something crazier. All paladin moogle run! and so on and so on.
