I get that you can do what you want but you've proven your ability, if you have no further need to do it and that is your end goal complete, can't you let others enjoy the experience? Eh, it takes someone to point out the fallacies and the misinformation that is plastered around here. It's really not my problem if most prefer to hide when they are being called out. There's a good reason why this forum is being mocked so much due to how little knowledge can actually be found here.

And here we are, falling away from the "dangerous" topic of limited housing that you don't like by getting swept away by awful rhetoric. Let's reshuffle. I could restate the flaws in the housing system and how it truly does feel overwhelmingly difficult to get s house, but that gets us nowhere. Instead, let's talk strategy. How about i pose a question for the community. Say i decide to shout in Limsa, "wtb fc with house. Offering 4 times the price of a small." How would most react? Is it against ToS? Or what if i used FB to try to get a heads up on housing by posing my interest. Would these be beneficial tactics? It effectively bypasses the game system, but clearly the game itself offers no hopes, so would it be wrong?

Stating things is pretty much all you can do before you desperately twist what's being said. That is when you're not outright ignoring any sort of logical counter argument. The last time you were in here on your free login, you got slammed since you had no idea how any of this worked and it would appear that the situation has remained unchanged.

Or what about the offline selling sites that offer gil, not real money transactions, for houses. Can anyone say with conviction how SE feels about that? It seems a touchy issue (because some players with more houses than they could ever need will not just happily, but eagerly abuse it against desperate players), but is it really against ToS? Can we even talk about this in-game? Is it social taboo or actual get-the-stank-eye-from-GMs taboo? Or neither? This is obviously a way to cut through the horror that is the invisible timer for FC houses at least, and a way to forewarn specific players that a plot will soon become available in a specific spot, but is it a wrong thing to do? Morally? Legally?

This guy "Yshtola" literally doesn't care, all he wants to do is come in here and troll. He has nothing to better to do with his time and IRL money than to grief players that want a in game house. In another thread on this very forum, he stated he'd gladly spend $1200 a year in service accounts on this game, just to continue "gathering houses" and playing ffxiv monopoly. If you go onto reddit you can find his post where he's selling his "in game houses" in 7 sets each ranging from 600,000,000 for a set to 840,000,000 gil for the most expensive set. Idk what the hell you do with that much gil, the only thing I can think of is selling it for actual money.
