They are talking about the 2B butt "Controversy" Where now when you wear the pants from the outfit your Butt does't appear...."out" anymore. Now it looks Normal/Flat.
In the Letter from the Producer LiveStream it was said that what happened was a mistake, and they it will get "Fixed" in the upcoming patch

I assume they mean fixed in 5.18 not 2.18.

I have a Japanese friend. While she doesn't play her younger cousin does and according to her, her cousin and her friends were raving about having a butt now. My guess would be that it's a big deal in Japan as well.
