New housing sector - will fc have priority?

Yeah, kinda always thought EU worlds didn't have quite the same housing demand as NA.

The amount of people on the new Light server is already worrying tho. And when it comes to housing, i'm not the most optimistic person. I just hope FC's will be able to get houses without people abusing the situation and selling them for high prices to those that were unlucky.

Don't care. Until they do instanced plots, where I can walk in and buy any one at any time, I'm not interested.

IF they release a new ward in Ishgard as much as I may like one, I think I will instead devote my time to relocating my FC to one of the original wards. I would love a Medium(or large!) in Gridania. So sick brown in Uldah, brown bricks. brown cliffs, brown sand...

If there are new wards or area's added I'm hopeful that they are at least open to transfer to as that's the only way I'll ever own a larger plot..

It was kinda teased in NA FanFest I think.
When they revealed Ishgard thing, I remember Koji saying "Players keep saying "oh I want to go back to Ishgard, I wish I could live there..." so here is the reconstruction of Ishgard" and implying it could be the occasion. But they never actually said it was going to happen :)

I await the disappointment of many.

Ishgard was hinted at but it has never been confirmed at all. So I have chosen to assume we won't get it. "Expect the worst. hope for the best."

I personnaly think that an FC deserve more a mansion than a single player, afterall a fc house affect many players, and a personnal house just one or few person. I have the funds to buy a mansion for myself, but I prefer a medium house as a personnal house, but I see a lot of FC who have trouble to get an house because every plots, even the small one, are taken.

I don't remember when Shirogane came out if they gave time to fc first? I was OK in my sector, didn't feel the need to move out (I don,t really like Shirogane) and my FC at that time already had a large one, so it was something I was not really looking at.

No this wont happen all the mansions are going to be bought out on day one by that Omnicrafter that you helped make rich by blowing all your gil on glamour items. Now that that's out of the way... I gotta admit that would be cool and all but FCs arent all big what about those small FCs you're saying they need mansions despite not having more than five or six members? I think the free for all thing will be the likely outcome.
