Soo.. next Part of Omega: FFVII?

Hojo is in the game... if in name only... he's in yanxia... seems to be a rice farmer or something

I've been hoping for FFX themed bosses myself, because frankly it seems like there's more FF7 references in the game already than any other FF title. I would love to fight Seymour in virtually any of his forms (specifically Flux, he was a royal pain in the ass). The music for his Omnis form was also amazing and I'd love an Orchestrion roll for it.

I'd like to point out that the bosses of Deltascape 3 and Haukke Manor Hard have the exact same name.

Since Omega wants to find the mightiest being, I think it will be:

1- Jenova
2- Sephiroth > Bizarro> Safer Sephiroth (Savage) > Shirtless Sephiroth, so we all perform Omnislash, would be epic.
3- Gaia: Diamond > Ruby > Under Water: Saphire + Emerald > Omega Weapon (Savage)
4- Omega

I've thought about this for a while, and I'll lay my odds on them wanting to hold out on VII stuff for when the remake episodes start shipping. Instead, I'm guessing they'll go with VIII or IX for the next Deltascape.

I'm hoping for X personally.

I'm hoping for 9, because I want a Trance Kuja boss fight, with a full remix of Dark Messenger.

Nah. If SE is being smart, they would keep all FF7 stuff out of 14 until they are ready to launch the FF7 remake.

It would make more sense for FF9 to be the next Omega thing.

FF5, FF6, and FF9 share very close and common themes with each other, similar levels of technology. FF7 and FF8 jump way up in tech and they are just in a completely different style.

That and FF7 is already done to death. Really, now.

I'd look forward to fighting some of FF9's nasties.

Though now that I think about it... they could also go FF4 too.

Omega is on an entirely different level of technology as well so the later games with more futuristic settings are entirely viable.

I still think it would be fun if SE threw a curveball and made the next set off either one of the FF side games (Mystic Quest, Legend, Crystal Chronicles, Explorers, etc) Or a different game or series from the SE franchise (Dragonquest, Chronotrigger, Bravely Default, Secret of Mana, Vagrant Story, Robotrek, Actraiser, 7th Saga, Ogre Battle, Illusion of Gaia, Star Ocean, Last Remnant, Infinite Undiscovery, Valkyrie Profile, Kings Knight, Kingdom Hearts, Romancing Saga, Front Mission, Xenogears, Brave Fencer Musashi, Parasite Eve, and Lufia are some that come to mind.)

It could potentially fit with the story since Omega is testing possibilities from different worlds and the initial count exceeded games in the FF franchise.

It could be, but i'd be more willing to bet we're going to be facing omega itself at the end.

Perhaps on the way to the final showdown we'll face Sephiroth, Ultimecia, and Kuja as the first three bosses.
