I never said it was hard, complex or any of that I said it was a hassle more than likely, in any case it really doesn't matter what we think if the devs don't want to mess with it. I don't know how simple or hard it is to do all of this but they obviously have no desire to do it.

What's confirmed is that they had no desire to do it in the past, after the issue with SCH and SMN.

But, since then, several things have changed that could make it work better now. Role Actions mean that a class' toolkit can be less clearly oriented, and the balance between the number of class actions and job actions has also heavily changed, since class don't learn new skills above level 50.

So, maybe, it's time to look back at this concept and see if it can fit the game better now.

Just a little question, since I don't play SCH much myself : it there a reason to use Pysick once you have access to Succor ? Because if there isn't, Pysick, and an AoE counterpart of physick, could be a healer role actions so that, basically, a job qualified as "healer' could sustain a party with role actions alone until they have access to their job actions. And once you do, you'll never use those two skills anymore.

its been said by many that already they not doing this ever again they release jobs that are by themselves. so all Job you guys mention that you think will be apart of branch will actually be a single job by himself self arcanist will remain as the only class with 2 jobs people need to accept this move on this is tired topic with no merit or weight.

Whats a matter cant handle truth devs said by time 5.0 they would have figured out how to separate summoner and scholar from each other so in the long they not gonna be link for long.

On a sidenote, you know what Yoshi-P said too ? That he would never include a system that automatically demolish unused houses.

As much as it makes sense to have some class splits, I don't like the way its done in this system. Without a heavy revamp, it's better to just create standalone classes that encompass the multiple desired classes into itself that have a more centered identity.

Scholar and Summoner separating will be one of the best things that happen for them.

As I said before, traits are a very good way to easily tweak a skill for a particular job. Also, jobs could have skills before lvl 30 even if you unlock at level 30, creating low level differencies for when you're synced. You could do those things while still keeping the core system as it is now. And, also, remove bonus points, because they don't change anything.
