Pretty sure the people complaining are ones trying to compete for a shirogane house. You'd have to be extremely lucky and be one of the first to log in to get one of those. Should play it safe and take a plot in a ward with a lot of available plots.

I'm complaining and I checked every housing area. But I guess my choice of world means I don't get to fully enjoy the game

So update: I was able to purchase a house in the Mist. Odd enough, it was the plot I wanted to buy way back before Shirogane. So it is a slight win for me. Now have to wait for boyfriend to get on so I can get the funds for our house.

Tonnes of open houses in all zones on Exodus. Not sure if we're still a preferred world, though.

My friend got unlucky, from what I know, she actually was there first at her dream plot and somehow how she couldn't buy the plot for no reasons, a person managed to take it away from her. :/ I don't know if that was a glitch when she clicked on the placard. *shrugs*

Shiro had a few scattered smalls on my server about 30 min after live. The others had a couple of mediums here and there and quite a few smalls. Personally, I can't see the appeal of Shiro but that's just me.

On Shiva, smalls in Shiro were scarce to begin with. I had camped out at the one I had since like 2 days before the last maintenance. By the time I got on, all the smalls in shiro had been bought up like hot cakes. I was a little pissed, but still managed to snag one in the Mist after a few failed attempts in Mist. and that was after logging off for about 3 minutes to cool off and then logging back on. Note to all, may the Mother Crystal be with you when trying to log on to a EU server from the US. I'll post a pic once I get my house up later today.

For some reason every plot my friend tried to buy was "not ready for purchase". It's been like that with every plot she's tried. And then someone else manages to buy it. Is this normal? :(
