Moratorium is starting to annoy me

11pm PST Feb. 19 start time, 2am PST Feb.20 end time.

It runs past midnight.

It starts on the 19th and finishes on the 20th. So the housing wouldn't unlock until the morning of the 20th.

Finally, and it only took them how many weeks to make that announcement?

Just because stories shouldn't be spoiled doesn't mean business plans like this should be too.

I fully expect to be disappointed yet again.

It took them 10 days? I mean, we all knew the earliest they would make any kind of announcement was Feb 6, and most of us knew that was highly unlikely. I had hoped this would happen a week ago, but I figured they would probably wait 2 weeks (which is how it turned out).

It's factoring in the time between their announcement for the moratorium (that came prior to the launch of 4.2) to the announcement this morning, so it's definitely more than 10 days. They should've known not only how long that moratorium would be in place before implementing it, but not to keep players in the dark over it.

Well, they announced that there would be a moratorium about a week before 4.2; however, since they also said they would need to monitor the situation with the new wards before they lifted said moratorium, anything before the new wards were launched shouldn't count. I mean, how can they make a decision based on how slowly things are selling before the plots are even available for purchase. Which brings me back to the fact that the wards went live on Feb 6, so the earliest we could have expected any kind of announcement was that day, and it's been 10 days since then.
