Power rangers after Saban took over doesn't really do Tokusatsu any justice.

Toei's Super Sentai is... better. (But I could be biased)

It's a Japanese Tokusatsu (Movies and TV Shows with a heavy emphasis on special-effects) Meta-Series, known for being much darker than other such series, being aimed at an older audience than its contemporaries. The general plot of most series comes down to a group of supernatural warriors called "Makai Knights" fighting against human-devouring demons called "Horrors".
