Ifrits greatest weapon: Animation Lag

They've stated countless times they're optimizing the server and engine. It's not a quick process at all.

It's also tiring hearing something being called "white knighting" when no one agrees with your stance. It's not rocket science, much like it's obvious server placement isn't the problem here because their previous MMOs didn't have this problem. The only animation lock present in FFXI were spell casting on target while engaging or abilities that rooted you in place, i.e Chocobo Jig.
