Is anyone else burnt out?

Well, it's kinda sad that HW just takes 2.X content, makes it look different, and doesn't really add anything new.

There's nothing that wasn't in some way shape or form in 2.X. The main counterargument to this fact is scrips. Pffft. It's just tomes for crafted and gatherers. There's very little fresh content. Just repainted old content. Of course everybody's burnt out. Same thing happened between major patches in 2.X.

I always have high hopes when I log in but after capping PLD,WAR,WHM,BLM,SMN,SCH,and AST and almost done with DRK my motivation vanishes upon logging in and I end up just doing dailies/weeklies as quickly as possible and standing in town looking pretty until I log off to sleep. It's a shame- yes we can continue levelling more classes but it takes a strong soul to find the motivation to do so.

Currently I am feeling the same. I love pvp in mmo's coming from GW2 and pvp in this game at least for me feels just meh. So to answer your question. Yes, I am feeling burnt out. Almost like "what is the point of this?" At least at the moment. I also work full time so I kind of have to manage my in game time to be the most efficient possible to that could be part of it. Maybe ive some how turned game time in to a job. Ugh.

I'm in the same boat, for the first time in this game since i starred. Ex roulette to cap tomes has become so boring that is has killed my ambition to do anything else in the game. Which is a shame because I loved the whole 3.0 story and exploration. Leveling additional jobs from 50 to 60 just seems mindnumbingly painful and I no longer have the desire to do it. Hopefully 3.1 will change that.

The drought between 2.x patches was never this bad. I enjoyed the game during the big drought between 2.5 and 3.0 then I do in the current state.

No problem. The forums have always been kind of wonky anyways, you should be fine to login no problem. Just keep trying. A lot of times it logs me out the second I log in, numerous times, then I log back in and suddenly I'm fine and can post again. It's very strange.

A little, though if I had a nice lady friend to enjoy the game with I think it'd be less tedious. I have had success playing with IRL friends and that makes the game a lot more fun than just tackling it by yourself.

I'm not burned out. It's just that it took me a while to complete Heavensward and get to Level 60. The problem is, my Level 60 is a NIN, so it is taking me a while to farm Law and Eso to gear up.

Not only that, but...

Bismark Ex:
- No one joins my PF, and when I join a PF, it never fill.
- Folks told me to get iLv160 to do Bismark Ex. I hit 160 then I'm told 170. I'm iLv173 and STILL can't get a group.

Alexander:
- I am sitting at Alexander 3, Normal.

I managed to get my PLD to Lv55 so I can spam dungeons since that's what I like to do anyway, but even that is taking long to level. I did "The Aery" a couple of times and still haven't hit Lv56.

I'm doing the stuff I didn't do during the 2.0, TT, Chocobo Racing, working on my personal room/furnishing in general, helping friends with clearing raid content or other content (Story, dungeons). Sitting there, having fun. Enjoying Eorzea. I don't know, when you have friends, it's way easier to overcome the boredom. Also I'm doing Savage at nite, so that too.

That's because Bismarck EX is obsolete content. People who have already done it do not have an incentive to do it again. Only option is asking your FC or seven friends if they want to do it.
