See above, I know how to play the game. Been playing since launch, just started a new character recently when I came back. They hit harder than pre-patch by far. Anyone who doesn't see that is blind. It's not just them hitting harder though, it's the fact that battles take FAR longer for less sp rewards at low levels.

sadly that being gimp sorry :( you most get level 8+ gear for yourself but i agree the market ward price is killing the low level gear. But now that everything is easy to make it be better within a few weeks.

Which goes to say, as I have been trying to say, patience young padawan. Feel out the patch. These things take time.

it's gimp to have gear 7 levels below your rank now? So I'm required to update all of my gear every 5 levels or so? Seeing as how there is very little gear that comes from quests leves, that seems like a pretty ridiculous idea to me. Not to mention it doesn't explain why my level 21 pug was having such difficulty killing on-rank mobs in all optimal gear during leves. If gear is so crucial, I should have been mopping the floor with those mobs, yet they consistently took me down to yellow-red HP even after second wind and bloodbath.

At low level it does not really matter much about gear it matter but not a great lot. The more you go on the more gear matter is the more you have to buy gear for your level.

When it come to leves are just mess up.

K, well you kinda just proved my point. If gear isn't a big factor at low levels, then I shouldn't have had any issues soloing at low levels, yet I did. It's insanely slow and requires rest between every couple of battles unless you are fighting stuff so low that it just doesn't matter, and in that case the exp rewards are crap.

yeah they do need to adjust the battle scheme to this game....

it still one of the factor and for soloing you need more skills then just partying. The game is not done yet they fixing the class one patch at a time. 1.19A may fix most of your issue. Jobs would become party and class would become soloing.

we are playing a free game and wont be 100% for sometime to come.

LOL a con is slow leveling.

I just ranked conjurer from 45-47 in 3 hours. 1 and a half rank. That's pretty damn fast for slow leveling.

Other than that, the patch is great/

Just tried a few GC leves with 3 stars and i was getting around 10k exp with mob kills and reward exp. They seem very challenging and on a 15 min timer but i'm loving it. I dont have to fight myself to stay awake to do leves now.
