The DPS increase is this: After the first fountain, our BLM ignores them completely. BRD + SCH + WHM handle the 2nd(losing no DPS while doing so). Everyone completely ignores the 3rd. Boss dies right after the 3rd fountain spawns and Rev hits.

Our fastest clear time is 7:03, even though it's not the world record I welcome you to beat us and show us a more efficient way.

You aren't totally off-base, and I would say it really depends on the group for which is better (moving Phoenix or not), you are just confusing the point by implying contradictions.

PLDs do not have to stop DPSing with a good WAR.

The first 2 unchains are fixed in T12. Unchained during the first bennu, unchained during the add phases. The 3rd will come right around the end of the second fountain if I'm remembering correctly, but you won't get a 4th so using it anytime in the last phase works.

7:03 is fast!

I stopped saving T12 parses months ago but we still meet one day a week, that's something to gun for. Healers taking 3 stacks?

No. After the first fountain we let the last 2 ticks of the second hit the boss. And then the 3rd is completely ignored.
