It's not a secret, it was said they wanted to make Lightning look like a female version of Cloud.

Anyway, not a big fan of ffvii, it was awfully translated in my country, and the launch was rushed by sony because they wanted an emblematic tittle for their new toy, leaving it incomplete, but i could use the pants or the body lol.

Also, gold saucer hype!!

Been wanting x omething similar to the pants. Already got an outfit chosen out. ^.^

I rather have tifa or aerith :/ or all three rather lol.

I'm happy that we get an iconic vanity set for once. I just hope a new mount will be released soon - the last one feels like forever.

Just weird that they had gender locked items for the lightning event but not for the veteran reward -nbd (no big deal) or just wanted to avoid the 1000000 threads complaining about it this time around. (but I would have liked an Aerith hairstyle/costume for my healer /emos.) Oh look I'm ready to be Cloud ! ;)

Disapointed to say the least. Already spent a small portion of my life looking at cloud, why would I want to look at him again? T_T

We're also getting a Setzer Gabbiani (from FFVI) outfit from GS reward shop.

Honestly I kind of hope that is indeed what it gets used for as time goes on. SE wants to release some fanservice throwbacks to older titles in the form of outfits/weapons/hairstyles? Throw it in the GS for prizes! I'd honestly really love that, it'd give me stuff to work towards all the time, and also would present the opportunity for people to get to cosplay as their favorite FF characters. Win-win, imo.
