Considering the thread is in FFXIV general discussion maybe I would like to see FFXIV discussion instead of people arguing about some show. I'm also not quite sure why in the hell this show has as many adamant followers as it does. But yeah, it is throwing it in my face when I see it in letters to the producer and FFXIV general threads.

Additionally, this area here is public, which means if I want to click the thread and post my opinion in it, well hell, I'm gonna do just that! That's what public forums are for, after all. If you post it in a public forum don't be shocked when you get criticized for it.

When you post in a public forum, don't be shocked when you see ponies :)

Lots of people like it and you don't understand it, it simply means you're missing something. But I really wouldn't go around raging in forums over it. I equate it to a little kid who's screaming at the top of his lungs because he doesn't understand that "Dirty" joke he overheard his parents tell at the cocktail party.

If you could point out to where I've been "raging" at any point in time, I'd surely clean up my act.

Point still remains, this is a FFXIV board, not a pony board, while I don't care that you have your little signatures related to it to show your enjoyment of the series, it should not be a topic of such popularity on these forums.
