NO PARTY KICKS!

Sorry OP that you and your friend had that experience. I just wanted to say that just like the real world there are always going to be mean people and nice people. Only difference here is that it's a bunch of random people hiding behind the internet. The only thing you can do is just shrug it off and move on.

I get physically ill when people dont kick those who are godawful in my dungeon runs, the thought of enabling those who put no effort into a game literally made for handicapped people to join into more dutyfinders and waste other peoples' time is something I cannot live with

Sorry OP but it is quite obvious that your friend (And maybe you) suffer from Social Anxiety.
If this is the case I highly recommend playing single player console games.
If you are into RPGs I highly recommend Bravely; Default. You and her can play side by side together
and enjoy a great game. But, I hope you guys take people lying to you well.
I also recommend Poke'mon Fire Red/Leaf Green. Its a great fun game you two can play together.
But... I do hope you can take bullying well, because that Gary guy is a doucher.

I can honestly say the only time I've ever been party kicked, I deserved it. I don't think the "wide spread abuse" is that bad.
