Will there be any major improvements to the network connectivity and lag issues? For many western players, these problems make a lot of the FFXIV content much more difficult than is probably intended.

Can we have some preview/hint/anything on a future class/job or race? I remember back before release YoshiP said we would have a bestial race added. Hints please! (we promise not to tell your bosses)
