I don't agree with this part. This is mainly an issue in PUGs, where the "party leader" is simply a randomly chosen member. It's the person initiating the pulls who needs to know whether to do so or not, so it works more smoothly if he/she can initiate the check directly rather than just hoping that the only player given that ability will do so.Quote:
