well, I can now say, that after getting the 'No Available Characters for Transfer' after every confirmation, I just went and spammed all choices, that my characters are now Transferred! WIN!

I have the same problem. Im on Odin (EU) and at the moment I can only choose some JP Server, no NA or EU.
There are also JP Player in here who have the same problem, they can only choose NA Server. -

It just won't let me select my Ultros character at all.
On a slightly hilarious note, I actually got someones random character on my list to appear after F5ing a few times. Never seen the name before, definitely wasn't one of mine. The hell is going on over there. -

On my account, I can choose the destination I want from a list of multiple worlds... but on my girlfriend's account, I can only choose a single world as the destination? What's up with that?
She's on a JP server by the way. This have anything to do with it? But then again, I'd imagine it would at least list JP servers as destinations... Actually, the one world listed as the only destination is an NA/EU server.
What gives? Been spamming that page relentlessly. -
