The UI thing mentioned above is one of mine. Also things like not being able to teleport if sitting in a chair etc. Just minor little annoying things.
Another is impatient people in dungeons etc. I don't mind doing big pulls but if you're sprinting ahead of me and and pulling things and rescuing me into mobs instead of just letting me pull them myself, that's going to annoy me.

2) Only 400 items can be stored in the glamour dresser with only 10 plates. There is a lot of gear and accessories in this game and I’d like to have more space for them in my dresser pls.
3) Glamour dresser in my house would be cool.
4) People who constantly use “Potato” to describe Lalas. It’s getting old.
5) Another Dancer in my party who keeps using Technical Step after I’ve just activated it. Thanks for making me waste it!
6) As someone else said: Overly clingy couples.
7) People who skip dialogue and cutscenes. (This just bothers me for some reason.)
8) People who use Sprint when I give them Peloton.
9) I can never successfully craft the brand new gear goddammit.
10) People who demand on Twitter whenever the FFXIV account announces new optional items that they should be available to earn in-game. As if there aren’t already TONS of cool stuff to earn in-game to wear.
11) The ENTIRETY of Valentione 2020 and how it was handled.
There’s other stuff but they mainly have to do with my laziness at attempting endgame raids and the like.

- People that actively go out of their way to be toxic and doing it under the pretense that they're doing it to help the group clear the content.
- People that take the opportunity to berate someone for asking a question of clarification; or at the least going on a little crusade which results in nothing constructive coming out of it.
- The open-world content, or lack thereof, and the fact they have exemplified both with Eureka and Bozja that they're perfectly capable of making it interesting. The latter more than the former.
- People that show an utter inability of reflecting on their own actions, and justify it on the basis that GMs don't give any information whatsoever barring the clause.
- People that create arbitrary expectations of what should be the norm.
The practically inexistant drop rate of Early to Rise hairstyle in Delubrum Reginae Normal just to keep people running it. I hate those tactics.
Rude, toxic, insensitive players, always.
Things that personally annoy me.
- Gathering: Now gathering as a whole to me is fine, but there are certain aspects of it that I find annoying that aren't going away, but I would love the game more if they did. And with Gathering the biggest gripe I have is quests requiring HQ turn ins when wearing level appropriate gear gets you either a zero percent chance to obtain or a very low chance like let's say sub 10. Who ever designed that quest is a dick all I'm saying.
- Crafting: With crafting it's more of an issue of needing too much from too many different sources coupled with needing Shards. Shards just need to go. If I have all the materials to make a shield I shouldn't have to swap to a gatherer to go farm shards. It's stupid remove it.
- Inventory: Inventory is both amazing and a joke. Since I have no way of controlling what I pick up it fills up quick which is annoying. Coupled with the fact that you only get two retainers for free and SEVEN if you open your wallet. But it's the least pressing issue to me.
- Glamour System: The glamour system as a whole is one step forward and two steps back. If you've spent any time playing Wow then you know how crap the system is.
- Bots: I know SE bans them and tries it's best to alleviate the problem, but the servers are infested with bots. However much money is allocated to destroying bots needs to be quadrupled. I've never in my life played a game as infested with bots it's crazy.
Anyway that's what I got. That's stuff that as a player annoys me on a daily basis.
The Sprint ability 100%. Kind of wish they would just delete it, or heavily nerf it.
