Cool! I'll have to readjust the numbers when that comes out. Whatever data people can get once it launches will be nice. :)

GSM desynth @ 178.64. After breaking 48 pieces of Valerian accessories, I was able to get: 17 BCIIIs, 18 Aurum Regis Nuggets, and Loads of Fire/Wind Clusters. I think those are the only Items from Valerian 160s for GSM. I'll post what I get from ARM after this weeks runs(I'll have 36 Pieces to break hopefully).
Good to know. Thanks! I was going to track each item and what could drop from it, but without help, it was too daunting of a task and I gave up on it. I'll add this to my notes and the guide when I get a chance. There are just too many items these days to list them all without a better system...
You can also get Hardsilver Ingots from the Valerian GSM-desynthable items. Accessories yield AR nuggets, while Weapons (AST and MNK weapons) can yield Hardsilver Ingots too.
Edit: I just got Hardsilver Ingot from Valerian Shaman Earrings. It's safe to say that all Valerian GSM items can yield either AR nuggets or Hardsilver ingots.
There's no way I'll max out LTW and BSM Desynthesis by 3.1, so I can at least provide data from about 176 and 172 respectively. Better than nothing. I'll try to remember to screenshot success chances and gains from Valerian items for both before 3.1.
ARM just hit the level i need to desynth valerian armor. So far just titanium ingots and BCIII.
Not sure if this has been mentioned, but for what it's worth, the value of FC3 is definitely back up at least on my server. You are guaranteed 40k a piece on the MB, which is a lot higher than it was just a couple months ago.
This guide is awesome - thank you very much!
I'll try to update this with the new formula when 3.1 hits, but I'm now a mother, so there's much, much less time to play, which means less time to collect data myself. If people could post their desynth level (BEFORE the desynth), their exact chance of success, any bonuses (tinker's calm, bacon broth, melded materia), the name of the item (and rlvl if you know it), and the exp gained (optional), I'll recreate the formulas and explain what's changed in the guide.
So, a template:
- dSkill:
- Item: (r#)
- Success: (Careful: , Melds: )
- Exp:
- Items:
Still at 79% for BSM desynth... I just sort of lost the will to push forward, but these patch notes might help re-kindle my desire to hit 100% desynth level on my BSM. Still not sure what else to go for as well on desynth.
