Okay. Okay. That's it.
No more Ascian jokes from Anonymoose.
...
Thank you, Lordshadow, for this idea.
It's a Bioshock Infinite reference.
I thought this meme character would be cute, so don't shoot me.
Exasperated Ethnic Lalafell! She gets very upset, and complains very loudly into her linkpearl so everyone nearby can hear her.

She's not based on any specific ethnicity. I just thought a little girl with an accent would be cute. If anyone's offended I can take it down ._.
I wonder if I'm the first one to think of this. I suppose SE did it for that collaboration ad.

OMG Quesse, I was on when this was first posted. It was a total WTF? episode LOL
While being in the beta and seeing a few developer responses I was inspired to create these two! Enjoy :D

So not only does the music automatically turn off naturally, we also have a feature to turn the music off in the in-game settings.Quote:

We're sorry, but we won't be adjusting this or offering alternative options.
/huh?
Now we all know some people dont like playing video games but love to reap the rewards as if they did so without further adieu:

Yeah they spent the time to make a wonderful mini game not only in XIV (original) but also ARR so now you can choose not to play either ARR or the crafting mini game yet still make progress!Quote:

It's a good thing.
Stressing over the little things when crafting? Well sit back and relax because in Beta 4, we'll be adding a feature that will allow you to continuously craft a set number of times as long as it’s an item you have crafted previously and you have enough materials.Quote:

when crafting items it would be nice if i could increase the inputs to make more of that item.
This feature will become available once you have attained level 10 as any crafting class, and can then be used with your other crafting classes as well.
Additionally, you can choose to use HQ materials as well; however, some high difficulty recipes will be excluded from this feature.
/wth?
I interpreted as you can do a bunch of synths of the same item in a row without having to do the crafting log stuff every time. As in you still select the actions for every synth, but the next one starts right after you succeed. We'll see soon though!
This implementation, if this is the case, would probably only be useful for mouse/kb as gamepad its literally just one very fluid click. In phase 3 I was never really even seeing the crafting log because gamepad is so lightning fast at navigating menus.
If its not like Tera then they didnt give the people what they were asking for. If it is like Tera then they gave the people what they are asking for "auto gaming."
Both JP and EN side were asking for an auto craft feature like Tera, which is where i assume the idea comes from.
Mind you Tera's crafting is not like ARR/XIV's its much more like XI's where you just select the material then select the option to craft it, watch a little menu animation and "pop" out comes the material.
So yeah the reason Tera has an auto feature is because that is very boring. XIV's original team wanted it to be fun and enjoyable. We'll see what the ARR team did in phase 4. So yes maybe I was a little early on the meme, but its just for laughs not in all seriousness.
(though the music thing kind of upsets me since I love music very much.)
Been spending too much time on the beta forums and see too much of this.

You would have to program the auto-craft to make complex decisions in our system. I'm starting to think finiteHP has the right of it. Otherwise we have sanctioned botting, and people are already mad that they did that to FSH and devalued all of the fishing items.
