Acodring to ARRstatus it's 195.82.50.9 I'm getting 195.82.50.44 when I check my TCP Connections with the game running.

Wow, this is probably Final Fantasy XIV's biggest screw up since 1.0 version.
I thought they would have thought out the best course of action with the data center move, but it seems like they didn't care about where the chips fell.
They...um...don't really care. You're complaining to a brick wall.
This move just ruined me completely. I was getting 90-110ms ping when the server was back at montreal, now its 245ms ping. During a tracert it seems that the packet is being redirected to Amsterdam THEN going back to where its supposed to go. Without any kind of tunneling service (mudfish) the game is completely unplayable. Thanks a lot SE. Now im even considering if its worth playing anymore.
Every complainer here do sound like a spoiled child, though...
EU players had far worse ping than "116, thanks SE, you ruined my life ;-;"until HW, including when the servers were a mess at launch (as somebody mentioned, Titan EX with 350+ ping, yay), and yet, we didn't make such a fuss...
I still have 110 ping on EU servers, and guess what ? I can play just fine... I can double weave just fine... So basically...
Git gud.
Or, the more plausible theory is that you're just noticing slight changes because you want to think these changes are here... It's a psychological bias. So choose. Either most of you imagine that change, either you're too slow, and the game was just helping you until then...
My ping went from 65-68 to 103-105. Not a huge increase... but enough to annoy me.
I got 90/100ms before the move, I now get 200/210ms from the UK with no tunnelling service. I suppose it'll be bye bye Gilgamesh soon for me :(
As someone who played xiv for 3 years on japan servers from ohio before moving to excalibur, i'm not too worried about the change lol.
