sorry this is a day late!

without picture spam i'll do what i can to describe the options picked haha (i'll leave out things like colors/size of stuff for the most part, creative interpretation and all that)

skin is the lightest it'll go, top left corner
face is top right
jaw type 1
eye shape 6
large iris
eyebrows 2
nose 6
mouth 3
dark lip color (ruie's is 6 down, 4 over)
ear shape 1
all facial features on except the top right one (so, not the forehead jewel)
face paint is top right option, color is dark and a medium color red :)

To answer your question, a lot of players use apps called Reshade & Stormshade. It gives you a great set of tools to enhance the look of your game.

In addition, /gpose provides a wonderful array of options too. And yes, some of us *cough* me *cough* use Photoshop.

There is a discord server called Hydraelens Artisans which offers help for all those who desire to make their screenshots better.
