Well what do you consider superior? Is it world first boss kills, raid clears, highest DPS or simply being above the basic player? If you think boss clears makes me "superior" I can link to videos of my clears since 2.0. But my original comment was about DPSing healers vs non DPSing healers. Yep. Healer DPS is optional. Kicking a lazy healer out of a raid group is also optional.
This issue is silly to me. In Expert Roulette, who cares? In a raid group, you'd kick ANY lazy/useless player, so how is this any different? -

If upon review you find they were doing nothing wrong and you decided to kick them because you wanted them to do everything your way... well your not on the winning side.
