Now when you say "please hang in just a little while longer" how can that be thought of exactly? With everything that is coming in this patch that will be qol changes or endgame changes knowing an estimated date for these things would be amazing, like is is going to be said at tgs or not? 3 month patch cycle sounds right but everything after 2.1 but this first patch has so many things that honestly need to be added sooner rather than later it would be nice knowing that it's not going to be another 2 month wait for it if 2.1 follows the cycle.

Please for the love of all Eorzea when you finally add inventory sort don't forget retainer inventories too!!

L1 is not just Auto-Run. It work also as a shift key.
L1+R3 = Controller-Mouse modus
L1+the right 4 buttons = target filter
L1+select = UI off/on
L1+start = screenshot

and so on

For push to talk I use L1+R1

I'm sure it's been mentioned before.. but I always grit my teeth when I'm in the middle of crafting or on mount and get error messages when trying to use or move items in my inventory at the same time.. (for example eating food).

And when you are doing quick synthesis, you need to spam the crap out of the Quit button before your character reluctantly stops...

Press the "0" key on your number pad to speed-read through conversations. Also try pressing the "Esc" key twice to see if the skip option comes up. Works on those cutscene videos in dungeons.

this suggestion has been made 1000 times and rejected jsut as many for the same reason: it would result in longer queue times. If you want to play with people within the same server, shout, use the player search, or the upcoming party recruit function to form a party on your server.

Added dev/community rep responses to OP at least, since there doesn't seem to be a way to display all dev posts in a thread..?

I would like to suggest being able to change colour of players names above them on screen depending on their role.

Example,
Tank: Light Blue
DD: Pink
Healer: Light Green

Party members can be similar but deeper colours.

This can help distinguish job roles in fates, so healers can quickly see the tanks and vice-versa.

Also in Duty Finder groups it will help quickly see other players roles while in combat.
