I am just saying sorry should it work. Dps community deserves it as their ques will be the ones that suffer.

Doesn't matter if the Strike works or not. It's more about exposure and voicing your concerns. And I'm all for it.

Best case scenario is healers are looked at.

Worst case scenario is queues will be slightly slower among a 1million+ active Subscriber count and if Players really want instant queues for MSQ Trusts will be available at launch.

It really is that simple.

I would like to make this the official thread for those in support of a healer strike as a collective voice to the dev team to express the dissatisfaction with the continued direction the game has gone concerning healer gameplay and what is an arrived consensus that has deemed to be a negligence towards the role, as well as the players who main it.

The strike entails that players will not be participating in group content as any of the four available jobs to the healer role. It is understandable that there are likely active statics that are still working on EW content and healer mains in general who would like to finish out the current expansion. In fairness, I would like to give those healers who wish to participate a grace period before the strike is official.

Please provide your feedback as to the conditions to end the strike and the date it should begin. I am thinking the strike will be officially underway when Dawntrail launches on Tuesday, July 2, 2024.

I think it's pertinent to also point out that the dungeon was one that is meant to be cleared in MSQ. You might be barking up the wrong tree and will want to abstain judgment until the game actually releases and we get to end game and experience that in order to attain a better opinion on the matter? And, as it is MSQ content, you can have your strike regardless, I'll just take my Trust, thanks :D

WHM has 6 AoE heals and that is if you don't count Asylum and Plenary Indulgence. Not to mention three Afflatus Solace charges and now two Tetragrammaton charges and one Benediction in a pear tree.

Shadowbringers and Endwalker's first dungeons mobs hit like a truck and they were MSQ. So I really don't think that's the case.

We are not "given an opportunity". We are paying customers.

The point of the thread is to foster discussion that leads to things like Discords, YouTube videos, Twitch streams, reddit posts, journalist coverage. Those things don't just apparate on their own. A launching point has to begin somewhere.

Some of you also don't seem to consider that many people either a. Haven't thought about it or b. Never felt it was popular enough to speak up about on their own. This thread can help change someone's perspective who otherwise might just be settling or lack the confidence to ask for better.

Yeah that's what I'll be doing because I'm not healing, rather wait in a 30 min queue than be a Diosis mage, kind of the point of the strike

I just think of the people saying "don't play healer then." That's kinda what we're doing no? We just happen to also encourage every person we can see to do the same!
