Yeah, the male faces are definitely pretty weird. None of them are fantastic, but that's the least-annoying one to me.

I think if you're going for the cute female look you might as well go with female-female as opposed to the female-male. The male Miqo'te is just too 'pretty boy' for my tastes. It's be interesting to see what gender and what age folk rolls them.
