Despite all the back and forth, I actually agree with you.

They've stated that the price will remain the same, nothing will change because people will still by the physical CE. I don't doubt for a second that those moaning about the price will still pay for it regardless.

I see what you mean. Now correct me if I'm wrong (seriously) but there is still one things I don't understand:
Ok to say £36 + VAT (20%) ~= £45. But France's VAT is also 20% so why is it cheaper? 49,99 euros with VAT so much less without, about 40 euros = £29, +20% VAT => £36! It's like they added the VAT twice in the UK.

Hum... got confirmation email and 1€ charge for my copy of the game, but... no preorder code? o.O
