I was hopeful something meaningful would be shown during the Japanese fan fest-housing related, not even a hint.

No new housing area, nothing about more Wards, not even improvements to the housing UI.

Disappointed.

If they ever release new housing wards... they should only for service accounts that don't own a house. If the goal is to get housing into the hands of as many players as possible, that's how you do it. Round 1 and 2 of the lottery is for "homeless" players only. Then it is open to everyone. At that point, people that want housing have it. And if you want to take that chance of rolling on a large instead of a 0 bid medium, that's on the player.

Agreed. Last round on mateus, a large house in the mist was open. And one who won, relocated from a Goblet large, to a Mist large. and i find it so infuriating how they allow people WITH large houses to relocate to another large... it's so idiotic. :/
