CO also affects your self buffs Luminiferous Aether and Lightspeed (lol if you ever use it).

I feel like it SHOULD extend Synastry but is perhaps bugged.

You would probably hate me. I purposely let tanks hp fall low and cast essential dignity (more potency the lower their hp is. Up to 1000). I've held some at hp levels at 100 before lol. If they dont die I do not see any problem. If i see them pop cooldowns even more reason for me to stop healing and continue my gravity and dps spam.

It's not a problem, as long as tanks don't consistently die on you. A tank with 1 HP is still a living tank. I've squeezed out Benediction on many occasions on tanks with triple digit HP, so firing off Essential Dignity at low HP (with no animation delay) is already second nature. It's a free heal, the more HP you can squeeze out of it the better.

In order to be succesful with the AST, AoE card buff effect should be an independent ability like time dilation and not a RNG probability. This is one of the biggest problems to be a good buffer in raids
