I think we just need to view this as another level of the game but you need the right party!
First a Conjurer with Calm Skills followed by a Warrior with Refund Rage skills (though this may be ineffective due to adds aka Customer Service Agents debuffs); to draw out the adds you need a tank, preferably a Paladin, with Spirit Within Phone Skills, once the adds are drawn out then the Thaumaturge casts Forum Fire III to render the adds useless which should draw out the final boss Yoshi.
Casters should watch out for his "WeSincerelyApologize" mind debuff which will cause delay and lag spikes but his deadliest moves are the 601 and 90000 AoE quickly followed by a random choice of "World is full", "You are already logged in", or "Unable to complete version update" which will affect all parties members and cause the instance to reset. However, once defeated you will get Achievement Unlocked: Ultimate Zen Patience award and will be allowed to continue playing the original quest line.
So you see with the right party you can overcome this newest bonus level!

My apologies SE Support but I confirmed that your answers for this issue are false. I am a support fan of your games and I never feel so disappointed for this excuse, even in your worst moments. I called my bank, I called Visa and Mastercard support center from Argentina both of my credit cards are international, and when I register one card to an account, I can’t register the same card for a friend or my brothers. Just take care of this issue because I can keep playing but there are people that can’t, even with the use their official credit card and in my case I can’t pay the service for my family or friends. So this is my answer I called all the entities of my credit cards and my bank and the answers were: this is ridiculous we could never stop such a small transaction. So please I will be polite, take care of this if you really wanted ARR to be the game you wanted it to be, take a move on this problem. Thank you.
Then again, they contacted me. I explained the problem, and they asked me to CALL Playspan in order to add crysta. When i check if i can pay with crysta, i noticed that im my page doesnt have the option, unlike another friend that is new to the game. Somehow, i think that is the 1.0 profile. can you guys please confirm if everyone having this problem is 1.0? Im trying to get to the root of this.
Thats it. We BUILDED this game, and now, we are getting this response. Is there a way to TRANSFER Crysta from another account? Anyone had luck with this ?

I never solved the problem. I can't crysta with that card becauce i do not even get the option to add crysta.
I have a friend with the problem that he can't see the Crysta option, is this happening to anyone else?? apart for being unavailable to pay with the credit card he have (he is from south america so i guess that is the problem)
This sucks, playing mmos gives you the bonus of having friends all around the world (some ppl like me have a hard time making friends even in games) and that one of them can't play is really sad... u_u
If anyone here knows Japanese maybe they can try searching for Yoshi-P's email address or some other form of external contact to get the message across to someone in a higher position. Customer support is garbage so we should try knocking the door higher up. On another note we should try spreading the message to other web sites (review sites, retailers, reddit, etc). By only talking about this problem here Squeenix is making sure these problems stay quite. Maybe then we'll get some sort of response, with a definite solution to this ridiculous problem. Spread the word my friends :).

Not sure if someone has mentioned this. I have seen where others have used the ultimate pay through other web sites, but how i did it was to go in like your adding Crysta select the ultimate pay option. There you will have three tabs. One for credit/debit, one for PayPal, and one for other. I selected the CC/debit there and it took my card to add Crysta. Then i applied the Crysta for my service account and it worked fine. All on the Square-Enix site to add Crysta then the Mog station to activate the account. This was also done right after i had tried to use my credit card on the Mog station to activate my service account. It is definitely something on their end, but i was able to do it easy enough without having to go to game stop or whoever for the ultimate pay card.
Just my 2 cents take it or leave it. But either way it is still something on your end Square, Should really get it figured out.
Reason why people were using the Ultimate Pay Card was because their credit cards was not being accepted for some reason or another and so they went that route. The problem other people and me are having, is that there is no other option given to us other than to pay with credit card which is constantly not being accepted either to pay for the service itself or to pay for Crysta. Also Crysta is not available in all countries, so that option is out for those people and me as well.
I cannot make a payment or buy crysta.
A week of bs and unanswered e-mails has made me very cranky. :mad:

The only options available to me are Credit Cards. Have been trying to set up a subscription for almost 3 weeks. I do not understand why a customer has to jump through hoops before the service provider takes their money. SE has people shouting at them to take their money but is ignoring the issue that they're having, saying it isn't their problem. So, when everyone's 30 days wear off and an xx% of them have this issue will it be a problem? Does it take a mass exodus for a company trying to make a profit to realize this needs to be fixed? Great business plan SE, great. Make me excited, make me want to play, make me wait in line to talk to customer servobots, then tell me you can't take my money and its my fault.
Ok nice! you should call SE because you account for paying is locked! ( SE told me about whats going on) after you call them they will unlock it and should be fine.
what sucks is that you have to wait more than 2 hours for you to talk to them.

I just tried to set up my subscription. I'm getting Error 601. :-\ Square, why don't you want my money?
well decided to try again today and it finally let me register and activate my acct.. it's a freakin miracle
Today I called my bank. The VERY polite agent told me that SE is "checking" the payment details, and they have up to 7 days to do it before rejecting the transaction. After all the attempts I've made, they told me I have 7 transactions on check. The last one expires this friday 27th. Lets hope one of those gets through. If not, I'll just try again on Saturday... Anyone has any clue on this?
Here is my status with GlobalCollect: Note - I contacted my CC company to unblock the 9/23 transaction. Why is this pending, and not fully executing, is the question.

After a week of error 601/401, my payment finally went through!

Then my bank call me and asked me if I want the payment go through, I said yes, the bank said ok.

I didn't call anyone, it just suddenly decided to let me through,
My though is leave your account for 1 or 2 day then try to pay in ultimate pay with both Paypal and credit card, never try to do anything in moogle!
I realize this is probably little help to anyone who's already tried this, and there is no guarantee (even for me) that when the time comes to actually pay for the the subscription the payment will be allowed (I still have 10 free days left), but I have successfully managed to set up a CC subscription for 30 days. My service account status says:

My account is new, created during early access, so this may also be related.
It had no credit cards or any payment info associated with it.
I am in Brazil and can't buy Crysta. CC is my only option. SE e-mail support gave up on helping after 2 weeks and told me to try chat or phone.
What I did was register my credit card via Square Enix Account Management instead of Mog Station. To get there, click Help&Support in the Lodestone, then Square Enix Account Information, then Square Enix Account Management System.
Once my card registration was complete, I went to Mog Station via the management page: Services and Options > Select Service > Final Fantasy XIV. Then I clicked the button to proceed to payment, selected Credit/Debit and the type of card (VISA, MasterCard, etc), clicked next. Some info came up saying I wouldn't need to pay anything yet, I clicked next again, and the subscription was set up. I didn't get any errors in Mog Station or when registering my CC.
I got a confirmation e-mail from Square that the service account was successfully set up, subject "[Square Enix Account] FFXIV Service Account Registration Notification". It contained some info about the subscription and said "This e-mail has been sent to inform you that payment for FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn has been successfully completed for your account. For more details, please login to the Square Enix Account Management System.".
Again, I realize this is probably no help to people who have been having problems, but since I did finally manage to set up a subscription, I figured I'd post the details. I don't know if I just got lucky.
I'll post here again when my 10 free days are up to let you guys know if the actual payment does go through.
It was the process I went through first and seemed to work for me, hence why I'm not sure if it would work for anyone else. It could just be I got lucky, or that something about my CC helped.
Before, I was trying all the wacky workarounds for Crysta that SE support told me to try (because I was wary about trying CC after reading about all the failures here). Since I was running out of free time I decided to bite the bullet and try the CC method after all, and since I saw a lot of the issues here specifically mentioned going through Mog Station, I decided to try registering my card via SE Management instead.
I honestly don't know if it'll work for anyone who got 401 and 601 before. But if anyone here hasn't tried yet, I'd recommend going by my method just in case it wasn't a coincidence. And if it was... I suppose continuing to try could help? If I got lucky, it at least means getting lucky is possible.
Well, contacted them, asked why i don't have the crysta option, and why my cards are being refused. They explained to me that my account is blocked for 30 days for the several attempts and didn't answer my questions. i will continue contacting them. So far, this crysta missing option is for 1.0 accounts, is absurd that they blocked my account for a problem caused by their system. And off course, the agent closed the chat session without answering my questions.
Im losing my faith. Hope SE solve this soon.
