please help this makes the game unplayable
If it started at the end of August/early September for a lot of people then it's most likely on SE's end.
Someone with the same ISP as me for example had the problems for several days already while the exact same problem didn't start for me till a few days after his started.
I was able to play fine for a week before the problem started so if it really was our ISP it would seem that the problem should have occured on the very first day of playing or atleast the few days following the opening of EA.

Yeap im still having this problem and it BS it started Sept 2. everything worked fine up till then and still hasn't been resolved even with update, So SE this problem needs to be address with haste, it happen from the moment i log on then i get error 90k,

When I managed to get past the login boss last night I tried a few things. While in a city no packet loss only minor lag when loads of characters were being rendered. Went into the world and within 30 seconds the packets I am sending dropped from 500 to between 0 - 30 had a 1-2 minute delay on doing anything. Queued for a dungeon and it took about 10 mins from hitting commence to loading in but once in the dungeon no packet loss and no lag. While I have the packet loss chat works fine but nothing else even logging out has the delay.
EDIT: Last night 05/09 from 20:00 I logged in and was able to play without any issues. Will see what it is like tonight.
Are the cities and dungeons hosted on seperate servers? do this use different ports to communicate on?

Problem: The issue occurs at EXACTLY 7:00PM until 11:00PM, every-day. Being anywhere outside of an instance causes the throttle to kick in leaving full 2-3 minute delays on returns/sends to the server, where talking to example; Talking to an NPC would take 2-3 minute for the right-click to register, then a further 2-3 for the dialogue, then a further 2-3 to accept. You get the idea.
Attempted fix: I called BT personally to ask about forwarding the ports used for the BETA, which proved unsuccessful as they said they were 'untrained' on dealing with the matter for technical support, so the issue went unresolved.
~If you could get BT to relieve this throttle where it shouldn't exist I'd be very greatfull.
I did a ping test while playing the game tonight. Every time I lagged out I dropped 2-3 pings in a row. 5% ping loss is unplayable game experience.

It seems obvious that OCN NTT internet in Japan has issues. Like 90% of the replies in this thread are about 3 specific ISP's and that is one of them.
It may only be connecting to US servers, but please, Square Enix, fix this ASAP!

Sending goes to 0, receiving is always low to 0 Can't attack anything, it totally lags out, can't select NCP's teleporting I hang in mid air for 10 minutes before it finally puts me in a destination where it takes 10+ mintues before I can move again. Bascially its unplayable. I work full tiem and cutrrently having to rearrange hours so I can at least have a couple of hours in the morning.
1017 asside when I am playing its ok then 7pm hits and wham. Massive change and I have to quit for the night.
It's gotten worse. Before I wasn't getting kicked out and I just got my first 90000 (connection lost).
Tried to log back in and got slapped around with a 3102 (still logged into the game).

As I also mentioned before, worked perfectly fine before monday so it's not on our end. YOU messed something up during your maintenance around that timeframe resulting in problems for some players.
I've already cancelled my initial subscription as I want to enjoy the game, which at the moment I can't because whenever I do a dungeon and get these ridiculous spikes I have a chance of ruining it for other people.
How about you make it your top priority to solve this problem?
The 7 day trial you gave us does absolutely nothing for us until the problem has been fixed.
EDIT: 15 minutes later, 3102 is still preventing me from playing.

I could actually log in and do some Duty stuff, but it is really sketchy because of the lag and i got 90k error couple of times, had a hard time log in. It pretty much ruins the game sadly for those who have this kind of lag. If you are a healer or tank you can not do anything basically maybe wonder around the world... but it still lags it is annoying like hell.

Can't level up my professions (10 seconds lag waits on actions makes it very unenjoyable) Can't run any instances without 30 second lagspikes can't level up with my free company mates. Bassicly can't enjoy the game at the moment and that is if I can log in at all between the 90K.3102 and "unable to obtain NA/EU server list" crap. Very frustrating and Saddening because when I was able to play your game lag free I found it to be a very enjoyable game but right now it's wasting my free trial period with these stupid issues.
Worse of all, Why has there not been any continued communication on your part on this isssue? We as customers would like to be acknowledged that you recognize our complaints and are ACTIVELY working towards a solution.

I can't find Live Help like she did to even get it fixed. Still missing my help for the pre-order code I got with my game for the wrong region too.
