Not at the moment, nope. We do have a lot of people looking for form statics, but we don't have any groups with BRD openings at the moment.

And hi, Kai. :) Like Artex mentioned, the best place to really get to know us is the AKS website. This thread in particular is primarily for recruiting purposes, so you can get a very vague gist of who we are (like that we tend to be in the top 5 on the server for activity, and are #1 right now out of all the FCs that don't spam /sh or FC invites randomly, and we're having an event on Friday night), but the AKS forums is really more indicative of our community. :)

A while back I chimed in about joining you guys if I came to Gilgamesh and ended up not making the transfer. Well I've decided to transfer today (just paid for it while at work so should be on this evening) and would love to join you guys. Was on the site last night and liked what I saw. Not sure if I should apply there or what so I can get an invite. Looking forward to playing with you guys!

The easiest way to get into the FC is to submit an in-game application. Introducing yourself on the AKS forum is also a good idea; we use the forums, mumble, and Slack to keep in touch. :)

I have so past involvement, although very brief, with AKS and some things led to another and eventually to mistakes of sorts. I was afraid to contact you again, or at least explain myself in good terms. I really liked my experience in the short time I was involved with AKS. I loved the community and would love to become part of it again. I don't know if something can be worked out about this, though.

I've been a long time member of the AKS community, but have just gotten into FFXIV. I was nervous at first, given the breadth of content in the game, but I couldn't be happier. The amount of time folks have sacrificed to help me with Dungeons, Trials..etc has been nothing short of awesome. Last night several folks gave up their time to help me push through all the Primals to get my first Relic weapon. Other times I've seen folks pass on a minor upgrade for themselves just to help someone else who, though they may not raid a lot, needed it a lot more.

My point? AKS isn't just for the high-end raiders, and it isn't just about gear. This is an FC that is about community and not only enjoying the game, but enjoying it with the people you play with. Outside of FFXIV, we play all kinds of games from League of Legends to H1Z1 - you name it. We've had several group meet-ups and there are plans for more in the future.

We would love to, its just that we would have to transfer servers first to do it in game. Just wanted to make sure you were open to new folks before paying to transfer. How is Gilgamesh, btw? Active, friendly server? It seems pretty full. Character creation is often restricted.

Gilgamesh is pretty busy. "Friendly" is open to interpretation, but I seem to get along with most everyone. :)

So I am all ready to transfer our characters over but I realized I have over the allowable gil to transfer. Any tips on what I can buy retain a couple million gils worth when I transfer over?

People usually do the allagan bronze/silver/tin pieces, I think?

Woot Golden Sauce Nude Parade!

Hi everyone! I just wanted to say to anyone thinking of joining: dont hesitate. This has to be one of the best guilds I've ever been in for a long, long time. The atmosphere is (ridiculously) friendly, people ask to help others and chat is almost always going on(except at weird hours of the day). Unfortunately, my PC broke 3 days ago when I was trying the game out and it comes back on the 11th so I cant keep playing for now :(. All in all, join this FC, its really awesome!

Hello recently moved to this server me and my bf are looking for an FC to call home in Gilgamesh that is drama free and actually respects each other :)
We are also raid ready as White Mage (me) and Bard (him) we have been to FCoB turn 4 aka t13 but still perfecting the first and second phase haven't gotten past 60%

We are 99% drama-free and seem to actually respect each other. Except for Artex; no one respects him.
