Girlfriend got it about an hour ago. Is our only option to wait it out? I see it says to contact customer service but I'm guessing there's no way we're getting in contact with them anytime soon.

3102 error Haven't been able to get in for a good 6 hours now

Not sure this is going to help as I have always had my doubts about posting in forum threads, but I'm out of options and would like to be able to play again. As has been the case with many before me, I was playing the game and decided to turn in some quests., upon zoning, I was disconnected from the server and upon logging back in I received a 3102 error, stating my character still being logged in. I figured this was not too out of the ordinary so I waited a couple minutes, tried again, same error, waited longer, same error. An hour later I am still getting the same error and my only thought is that the game servers lack protocols to recognize disconnected characters and do not have an auto-kick function or something similar to rectify this occurrence. It would be quite beneficial for this complication to repaired. Anyhow in the meantime if one of the GMs could force a log out of my character, I would be quite appreciative of this. I am listing the character and world name below.

Also I do not know much about how servers work, but I would say the North American/Europian servers are having load/stability issues, perhaps the infrastructure of the servers need to be addressed, but again I do not know much if anything about this, just making guesses.
