Grand Summoner:
Can utilize the summons similar to 10 in terms of becoming that summon in combat, can summon primals the normal summoner can't and can get summons by clearing the trials where those primals are from. Summons have their own skills
simplified down but similar to those in the fight.
Weapon - Staff
Healer Job:
Gambler:
This would be a weird iteration of what gamblers have been. They would have no shields but their gimmick would be the first parrying healer applying a parry to the party. They would also be able to apply haste with their support skill. And have random elements
such as Random Deal which would reset one random cool down on a single member in the party (this is all random). They would also have a random heal potency on certain skills which would prock more random elements in their skill tree.
Weapon - Throwing Daggers | Gag weapons - Card related
Tank Job:
Magic Knight:
Basically a Knight that plays similar to paladin but reversed where they are mostly casting magic with a small combat window.
Weapon - Two handed Hammer (Certain character from Shadowbringers)
Ranged DPS:
Chemist:
Throws mixtures of poisons at enemies and sole purpose is to provide DoT and debuffs.
Weapon - Flasks

My suggestion would be for a new limited melee DPS job.
The job would be a Riskbreaker.
It would be based on Ashly Riot from Vagrant Story. There are already many references to Vagrant Story locations and lore in FFXIV. Also, Yoshi-P has mentioned adding jobs that have never been in Final Fantasy. I think this would be a good fit.
The job would be solo focused, designed so that a solo Riskbreaker could take down a normal difficulty on level dungeon with moderate effort. 2 Riskbreakers could take it down easily.
The symbol for it should be the Rood of Iocus.
The Riskbreaker would be able to equip any melee weapon from the DPS and Tank classes (sword and shield, greatsword, katana, fists, lance, etc.) because Ashley could equip many different weapons in the game. The animations could all be recycled from the other jobs. Also, have it be able to equip any equipment from those jobs as well.
For gameplay, have the player be able to choose the buffs that result from chaining weapon skills. Have a Risk bar that can be used for special moves or heals. Also have it so that the player can also choose OGCDs kind of like how BLU can choose their spells. Add in some AoE chains that do "Floor Traps" to do debuffs on the enemies.
For class gear they could use Ashley's Riskbreaker uniform or use his Vagrant look from the end of the game.

Mimic would be a great limited job, the more normal jobs you have levelled up, the more abilities are at your disposal.

I envisioned Riskbreaker more like a build-a-job.
No matter what melee weapon you have equipped your single target and AoE GCDs would be the same (have the same effects/potency/etc.)
But, you could choose your OGCDs and passive skills. So, you could customize the job any way you wanted for solo or duo play.
In a way that could be considered a mimic because it would have the skills from all different jobs available for use.

Unfortunately the job will be Xbox exclusive.
