Dancer, Hrothgar, Gunbreaker, new healer playstyle.
I saw that they have made NIN better in ShB. I gotta say being a NIN main, I am impressed! Looking forward to that.
To play dancer
to create my Viera
to learn the story.
I'm impatient.
Since I'm switching from healer to dps main this xpac.... TRUSTS
The real question is WHAT AREN'T I EXCITED FOR!?
The story, the lore, the new healing playstyle, Trusts (I'm am B lining to Y'shtola Trust as quickly as I can.) but I'm also really hoping we get to see Arbert and company again. The WoD storyline was one of my favorites and that final cutscene still tears me up. So seeing them again and possibly fighting alongside them, would make my day.
"We did everything right, everything that was asked of us, and still-still it came to this!" <--- Rips my heart up every time.
The fact that the WoL may or may not have met their match. Could we consider this a WoL "death" when they become WoD?
What will the world do without its champion to defend it?
Excited for the Vieras :D Finally a tall female race with something special (like the bunny ears) okay the elezen are taller but elves are not special anymore in mmos xD
And the singleplayer mode looks really good :D
The most-important question of all:
What is the Hempen Camise going to look like, on a Viera?
Hmm most excited?
The class changes, I love learning to play a class. I almost play every class - so much to do :-)
New zones, dungeons, raids !!! :-)
Viera (of course)
For me the hype is true now. Join me on the hype train *choo choo*
The story and the new zones. Can't wait spending my times beating up pixies :D
It's unlikely we'll actively see them again - their story established that they had to* physically die to leave the First, and that in returning there at the end of 3.4 they are likely to be truly dead now.
However, we will apparently be retracing their story as part of our journey, and there's always a chance we'll get some kind of "spirits dramatically appear to assist us" moment. Just don't expect them as actual companions.
* for an uncertain value of "had to", depending on whether Elidibus conveniently failed to tell them about some kind of alternate method.
