- lots of smalls! At least 10 in lavender beds, 3 in Shirogane, a some in the Mist and a bunch in goblet. I didn't bother to do exact counts. There's at least 2 more tier 1 small plots in lavender beds. My SO got a really good tier 1 plot with a view of waterfalls & v. close by the ferry skipper simply by walking up to a placard. I was so sure it would be on timer, but apparently most of the houses are not on timer after the housing demolitions. I got at least 3 new neighbors in Shirogane (one for a medium beachfront house!) and met them by the market board, 2 of them were friends and snagged houses next to each other on the beach.

Louisoux on EU datacenter still has a lot of smalls, accurate numbers from AnnaRosa above. There's different FCs that own almost entire wards in Goblet. And some of these FCs are similar to the infamous one in Gilgamesh with 2-4 people members. It's a little ridiculous because they won't have real people to interact with as neighbors. I didn't see any mediums or larges available but they do pop up occasionally at odd hours.

No, everything went to the timer same as always. The 45 day auto-demo plots opened up at some point thurday morning(possibly right around 8am based on forum postings). By friday at noon all those timers would have expired. Now some people certainly used the occasion to transfer to new locations, so THOSE plots would have timers starting later(but since transfers dont need to wait out the initial timer, most of those would have been done within the first half of the day on thursday one would think). Still, by friday night/saturday morning i would have expected most open plots to actually be open.

The timer is random, and I'm painfully aware of how the system works. It's anywhere from 30 mins to 24+ hours if you camp a placard. I'm saying this specific plot that he snagged was surprisingly no longer on a timer despite not having devalued at all. And most of the houses on Famfrit are not on the RNG timer like I said, especially because it's Sunday now.
