At least you're still part of the official FFXIV serviced region. Some of us who live in countries not part of the official service region will never get in on these promotions.

I wish the items will just get sold on the Mog Station. At least, I seriously hope that region-locked promotions don't become the norm. If Yohi-P is still any bit of a gamer, he should know better than to hold region-locked promotions on extremely popular in-game items.

But I suppose people eventually "grow up" and money always end up being the only concern for any game director. :(

I got my code last night in response to a support email I had sent far earlier in the day. This morning I got the actual mail with the code that everyone else was getting near instantly, so it appears they are getting them out on their own to those that ordered at the very beginning of the promotion.

If the promotion is listed on the product page then it qualifies. It was Physical only but then they started adding some digital items into it.

It does but I guess that's the way it is. I went and put a pre-order in on Final Fantasy XII: Zodiac Age and got the codes right away.

I would like to add that you can get another code for additional/separate orders by contacting support. However, use live chat! If you send them an email they'll just resend the first code.

Soo looked and tried last night and those of us in Canada have really limited choice. I am a PS4 user and many games are only available to the US, even digital codes. PSN cards are the same along with game time cards were something is stated about region being a issue or something.
Stupid amazon not having paypal as an option, i do not use credit cards, usually prepaid cards. That portion at least is Amazon at issue for me.
Purchases only through Amazon.com was such a silly thing as well

They run out of codes alot, they have to get more from Square Enix.

if i order for something listed as $19.99 and its slighty reduced on cost... will that still make me eligible? and the shipping cost puts me to like $25 total... so?

Nope. The total has to be $19.99 or higher before taxes and shipping. If it is on sale and is under $19.99 then it won't count unless you order more than one thing on the order.

I hope they get more. I don't need another $20 psn card and was going to get the time card for a friend plus that set of codes for them. Hope more become avalible before the promotion ends.

yeah I'm kinda late to this thread as well but I can confirm you can get more than one DLC code instantly on live chat if either you make a purchase that qualify for dlc code (it has to say it before place your order):

or if you pre-order something that qualifies just wait 2 business days and contact them through live chat as well if by then you handn't receive it on your Amazon registered e-mail.

It's really about how your account is set up rather than where you're at. Is your Square Enix account set up as a JP, NA, or EU account? If it's a JP account, you'd need codes from the 7-11 event in Japan a while back. If it's a NA account, then you need to get something from the current Amazon.com promotion. And if it's an EU account, you'll need to wait until the EU promotion comes along (which SE has told us they're planning, though we don't have any details on it yet). Since all accounts are one of the three, then one of the three promotional events should cover everyone, even though where people are at may make it easier or harder for different people to take part in the promotion that they're eligible for.

As long as you make a purchase on Amazon.com (USA site) that qualifies for dlc code you should receive your code right away!
